Responsibilities:
Ensuring we deliver the customer what is promised when we promised it. Supporting our warehouse and delivery teams so we have a stable and consistent business which fulfils customer orders and requirements.
What do you enjoy about your job the most:
So many things! The variety of work – no two days are the same, one day I will be busy in the office preparing proposals or hire paperwork for clients, and the next I will be in the warehouse unpacking and organising kitchenware or linens. I also get to communicate with people from all walks of life and from across the globe on a daily basis, customer service is our main priority so being able to provide a first class, cost effective furniture hire service is very fulfilling and rewarding.
Outside Interests:
I have two young children so between work and juggling ballet classes, swimming classes and gym club I enjoy nothing more than a glass of wine and a good book!
